1. scan qr code -> direct to landing page
2. customer will choose application - a) wechat app , b) whatsapp, c) web app
3. so you already have ai chatbot for these three apps, correct?
4. by choosing the app, device_serial will be passed from the landing page to the chatbot (device_serial)
5. our question is, after the chat session, can the chatbot pass back to our crm in json data the device_serial or go to our url (checkin) ?
6. then also the device server will also send to our checkout endpoint url to pass the device_serial so we can checkout the device usage from hotel or spa room for now, but can be any type of client in the future like office, mall, hospital, etc since we already structured our database schema for any industries you may serve in the future for scalability.
